Does anybody have any experience with these tires?

My uncle/mechanic has an in at Firestone. I was going to get a set of Destinations, but the Firestone guy said they werent that great for snow/ice, and is suggesting both Fuzion XTI's, and Primewell PA100's.
The Pa100's seem to be pretty crappy from what ive been able to find online, but the Fuzions have gotten a decent response from most. Not sure if he is just trying to offload crappy tires that he cant sell...
Thought I'd check here to see.
Fyi - I'm in Chicago. So tires need to be good for snow/ice. I have a 02 wrangler x. stock. Looking to put on 31x10.5 r15's on.
