Grinding from 1st to second

Hey guys for some reason my jeep grinds from 1st gear to second gear, i don't know if it's my clutch, or something.

you may be due for a new one
whens the last time you checked fluid in your master cyl may be low

It's generally your synchronizers going bad. If you drain the gear oil from the transmission you'll likely find it full of brass colored glitter, these were your syncrhos. Try using Redline MT90 gear oil, it's a full synthetic and specially formulated to be easy on the synchros. It usually improves notchy shifting and grinding.

Don't use the factory recommended GL5 gear oil, it's high sulfer content eats the soft brass synchronizers. This goes for any AX5 or AX15 transmission.
