Well I think I am going to raise my jeep HIGHER...hehe. I found a set of 4 used 33x12.50's with 5 rims for $369 at a local pawn shop. Do you guys think this is a good deal? The tread on them is pretty good so I am thinking about going for it. They are a no name brand though...that is the only thing that concerns me. The rims will NOT fit my jeep either (arrgh). They are from a full size ford truck. Of course that might be the motivation to swap in a Ford 9" in the back and a bronco Dana44 in the front hehe. They will fit then hahaha. Just doing a side by side comparison of those meats next to my 31's makes me want em sooo bad. I just wonder if my puny little 4 popper will roll em.[addsig]

I just put on 32x11.5 and the 4banger is not doing too bad, better than I expected. You can get by, but you'll have to trade some performance.

I wouldn't waste the money, unless you need the excuse to install different axles. There are a lot of used tires available out there without rims.[addsig]

I agree with bounty. If the rims were the same bolt pattern, then maybe, but they're not. Move on. Some tire shops keep old tires that are in decent shape. Look around. And, can't you fit 33's with out anymore lift? Your signature says you have 4" lift. That should clear 'em. If you need 1 more inch, go with a 1 inch body lift. Inexpensive, cheap, and keeps your Center of Gravity down.

Yeah I know the tires will fit...the reason I said raise my jeep higher is because putting 33's would make it higher....by an inch hehe. Probably would do a 1 inch body or shackle for some extra clearance as well as TJ flares maybe. The 33's will fit easy but they might rub in the back. I think I may just stick with my 31's for now...they have a 40,000 mile warranty and I don't even have 5,000 miles on them yet. The main reason I was considering it was because I had a buyer for my 31's (another jeeper at work). I was figuring of just remounting the 33's on my rims for now and sell the ford ones. But oh well...maybe a better deal will come my way.[addsig]
