Weird, though ... about every month or two there will suddenly be a sound from somewhere inside the dash, to the left/behind the gauges, that for all the world sounds like the kind of heavy, crackling-shorting-static sounds associated with old radios or a sound system cable connection not being right; not coming through the Jeep's sound system and I can't see that it affects anything that I'm aware of, but sure is disconcerting when it suddenly starts up, zits&sizzles&zats for a couple of minutes and then goes away.
Any of you soothsayers out there have any idea what's going on?
