Intense Performance Powerstack filter

Has anyone ever used one of these air filters? I would like to get one for my TJ but their website does not list any flow rates. Has anyone ever seen flow rates for these filters?

I just put a K@N and it made a difference in throttle responce with a little performance increase. has anyone used those throttle body spacers? Do they help?

i've read mixed reviews on those spacers... theroetically, they work, but on the dyno... results aren't there.[addsig]
