I'm still new to cars never mind jeeps so please bare with me is it possible to mount a jeep yj front grille and roll cage on a jeep tj.

No. Cage mounts are different, as well as the grill not fitting properly.

Roll cage no. Grill yes... kinda. Needs fenders, hood, Grill and Grill Support. Way to much work but do-able.

But don't real Jeeps have round headlamps. J.K.

Real jeeps have Live axles.
