Had a blast on the Midnight Madness trip this past weekend. Other than some under carriage scrapes and some wheel rock rash the trusty jeep and the wife and I survived. Here's a pic of a spot called V Rock from last year. It's of a veteran trail person who had some bad luck with a bad line or bad spotter. I went up this year in this same area and stayed rubber side down. A second pic is a group line up.

Saw this in a parking lot on the way up. Not sure about the steps.
It looked to have a nice long arm lift though.

The steps are to retract up and under the body for better clearance then steps needed for big lifts. I mean useful steps for big lifts.

Their nice and I bet handy. I just figured they looked pretty delicate. So, how long will they remain functional if seriously wheeled? It seems one wack and they'd be in a bent or in a bind.
