I have 2013 Rubicon Unlimited and have a 2 1/2" lift, 12 1/12 x 35 x 17 ko2s on my stock 2013 Rubicon wheels, along with 2 1/2" spacers for clearance. Everything seems to work fine except as I expected, with the bigger tires the braking leaves a little to be desired. I am thinking of ordering the Terra Flex big rotor kit for the front only. Does anyone have experience with this kit, or have any other suggestions that would help without spending a fortune?

I've never tried them myself, if you go that route then post back here and let us know what you think.
Before you did that, you could try some premium brake pads, like EBC:
