Anybody have an opinion...good or bad?

One thing I don't like about the detroit locker in my rear (my jeep's rear!) is that it wants to plow the jeep forward when trying to turn (off pavement). The fronts just buldoze strait ahead on dirt. So I have to through it in reverse to adjust my angle of attack on some turns. It acts too much like a solid spool is back there. Also not good on slick roads. Makes one tire break loose way to easy. Mine "BANGS" into lock mode about half way through a 90 deg. turn. If your not ready for it, it'll raise the hairs on the back of your neck. The jeep also makes a bit of a jolt from the rear all of a sudden wanting to plow forward. If you've got the bucks go with something else. Air-locker maybe? Just my oppinion. If I had the bucks, that would probably be my option.

Upfront it may be fine as you can just unlock one hub untill you need both locked up good.
