Need a proportioning valve

Anyone got any ideas where i can pick up a cheap proportioing valve from.. apparently mines gone and thats why the warning lights come on ...

I was also told i need a new master cyclinder but i'm pretty sure thats actually ok and not the reason the ligths come on... does that make sense?
