No power to Power Outlet

My new to me 2004 Wrangler has no power to the Power Outlet located beow the HVAC Controls. I looked in the manual to see if it might be a fuse blown, but there is no fuse marked Power Outlet. The Manual also mentions the Power Outlet is connected directly to the Vehicle Battery. Is the fuse an in-line fuse somewhere in this circuit? If so, anyone know where I need to be looking to find the fuse so I can see if the problem is just a blown fuse? Thanks...

The fuse is under the hood on the power distribution center.

Thanks! Found it, Fuse #17, and it was blown! All working fine now... Thanks again...
