pic uploading and resizing

Just wondering what are some of the better online sites for uploading and resizing pics?

I was using image station to up load my pics...now that I have a website I really don't need to use them anynore. Only thing with them is, you have to upload your pics resized (i use Adobe). Not bad, easy to use, and it's free.
