What is it that I adjust for my yj pulling right? Toe? er...

BTW picks on the cj front end later this week. SWEET

yeah. It's a mild pull but I'm getting ready for a 3000 mile trip next month so I want to minimize it.

take it in for an alignment.. its worth the $50 to have it done right

It may or may not be out of alignment. Check the right side wheel after driving and make sure it is not hot. Your caliper could be hanging up. Mine was doing that and I thought my front end was out of alignment until it got worse and became obvious (smell).

What did you do to fix your caliper, or did you just replace it? Mine is doing the same thing, its off and on but sometimes it gets stuck.

I replaced both of them. I had never done any brake work before and let me tell you, I was as simple as it gets! I got the calipers at Pep Boys and they were only $15 each after the core charge. You might as well slap some new pads on there as well, they are also cheap and it won't make any extra work for you. Hopefully your rotors don't need turned, but you can take them to any machine shop and have that done (also pretty inexpensive). You will need to bleed your brakes when you are done.

Maybe not related but, I replaced both front rotors, calipers, pads and was wondering how hot rotors get after "normal" on-road driving. It's been over a year and after a drive home from work (mostly back roads) you can smell the heat and they are very hot to the touch.

Is there a adjustment on the calipers? Or could my drums not be pulling their share of the load (replaced shoes & cylinders at the same time).

If a caliper gets hot enough that you can smell the brakes, the piston is likely frozen. Just run it back in with a c-clamp and reinstall, it should work fine until the next time it gets muddy.
