Up for sale is a completely rebuilt T-5 out of a 1981 CJ-7 Jeep. This transmission was complete rebuilt less than 2 months ago and has yet to be re-installed or have any oil added. I am now going with a AX-15 5 speed as this is going behind a V-8 instead of a 6 cylinder.
The transmission had every bearing, shim, sycro, replaced with new parts including a new input shaft. When I pulled it out to have it rebuilt the only issues was from time to time it would grind going into 2nd.
I am asking $800.00 for everything which is the T-5 transmission, bell housing and clutch fork and shift hand assembly.
