I bought a 94 yj for my 16yr old and it has a 3" body lift with 31 X10.5 tires. I would like to lower it untill he gets a little older, both for safety and insurance reasons. how low to factory can i go without changing tire size? Thanks
I think most people will say a 1" or 1.5" body lift is max to use for any size.
My wife's 93 wrangler had 31s on it when I bought it and it was stock. They never rubbed but she wasn't an off roader either. It was her soccer mom jeep
