Hello everyone,
I recently noticed that my 2006 Jeep Commander "XK" has a completely torn boot and has been making a rattle noise and whining noise when braking. It has 95,000 miles on it so I decided to just replace the axle since it is only $69.00 at autozone. However I was wondering how much work and dis assembly this entails. Has anyone done this before on this model that can provide me with some advice before I begin like what need to be removed, torque settings, tools required, etc.? It has limited slip differential by the way, not sure if it matters...
Thanks,
DJ
