Spring like noise coming from inside dashboard

Hey,

Has anyone had or have this issue? Where driving around or when going over any type of small crack on the road some spring like noise keeps annoying you? It sounds as if something is loose inside the center-right side of the dashboard.

If anyone has experienced this please share..

I need to fix this as I can't keep turning up the radio to avoid it.

I don't think it has anything to do with any bushings, but I could be wrong. I've also recently changed my shocks.

I'd try bouncing on the front bumper and seeing if someone else can hear it inside the cab. Also try and see if it's louder with the windows down (i.e. it's something under the Jeep).
