Stalling when shifting!

I have a 94 GC Limited 4.0 L V6, and today I was backing out of a driveway and my Jeep stalled when I shifted from Reverse to Drive. I had a similar problem back in August but the mechanic replaced my idle air control sensor and I haven't had any problems until today! Help!! :shock:

could be a loose ground wire on the block moving loose with engine movement switching gears. oh! and it's an inline, not V 6! Have a nice day!
