Starting problems

I have a 97 TJ, 2.5 ltr auto. For some time now Ive had some issues with my Wrangler turning over. I thought I had the problem fixed when I installed a new igition switch actuator. The problem went away for a few weeks but is now back. The problem only seems to happen when it's parked on an incline. Any ideas what the problem can be?

So when parked on an incline the engine does not turn? Or it turns and doesn’t start?

What other symptoms?
Lights dim?
Trip odometer resets?
Ant codes???

I would check fuel pressure and spark.
