T-Case shifter Linkage

I had posted on a previous thread about a rattle that I had in the Drivers side floorboard under my Jeep. I finally found that it was my shift linkage that was loose and rattling when I would accelerate. From what I could see, this was what was very loose,

so that's why I adjusted the length of the shifter a little to stop the rattle.

So now, it seems like I may have adjusted a little too much and the T-Case shifter is off. When in 2 Hi, I hear a very faint clicking sound in the case now. I'm going to have to adjust the linkage back to where it was, but the rattle is going to start again. Any Ideas on how to fix this, where to buy a new bracket or linkage?? Maybe that will fix it:???:

Thanks Guys!

You can buy the grommet that goes into that shift plate linkage. really cheap from a dealer. When you install the new grommet, put some grease on it so that it would help prolong it's life . BTW, did you ever find that plastic piece for the bow on your soft top?
