Think it's time to replace the sub?

I've been hearing some rattling from my center console sub lately. Think it's time to replace it yet?

Duct tape, I should have thought of that before I bought a new one. I guess 5 years is the life expectancy for a JL Audio sub in a Jeep. No wonder they've been discontinued. I had to go with a Kicker for a replacement.
