Throttle position sensor/vacuum pipes and performance

Hi

Mudderchuck suggested adjusting the TPS to 86-88% in a previous post on performance for 4.0L XJ's.

Where can I locate the sensor(can someone provide a picture?) and how do I know that it has been adjusted to this %.

Could someone please indicate where all the vacuum pipes are so that a can test and clean them.

There is no adjustment for the post 90 XJ. The vacuum lines to be looked at come out of the top of the valve cover, got to be careful, some don´t come apart easiely and break or crack. You can usually blow through them and tell if they are restricted, if not better to leave well enough alone.
