Tinted Soft Top Windows

Yeah, yeah, I'm still kinda new to the Jeep thing.
Thinking of getting a new Bestop Replace-A-Top. Sailcloth. Those of you with tinted windows, can you see out the rear window okay at night? Like for backing up in parking lots and such? I'm leaning toward clear windows but I like the security aspect of tint. The existing top has clear windows and is of indeterminate origin.

Is the Sailcloth top as decent as they claim for being quieter and staying warm in the winter?

I've had the tinted windows for 7 years now and have never had any problems seeing out of them. I'm about to replace my top and I'll be getting the tinted again.
