Hi Everyone
As a suggestion I changed my distributor cap on my 1999 Jeep Wrangler 4 cylinder because of some trouble dealing with not able to start after rain or moisture.
At the same time I changed the rotor, plugs and wires. My problem is that the car turns over, sounds like it is going to kick over but then I get a winey noise and no start. The car has not been started for 6 weeks. There is a 1/2 tank of gas.
Is there any type of spray i could use similar to the start sprays for carburators .
Thanks

Have you confirmed the firing order for the correct installation of the plug wires?

Been there done that years ago with a trans am. My problem was I messed up the firing order when I was reinstalling the new wires.

i think we have all done that

Back when I had a '69 Buick GS400, the factory hood scoop had drains that would drip right on top of the front mounted distributor. Alway had to keep a can of WB40 handy.
