Hey everyone,

im new ... i just joined ... i was wondering if there is anyone from VA? i am in Chesapeake, VA and there is only one spot that i have found for off-roading. There is nothing apparantly in this state.

There are a number of places left in Virginia actually, most are out my way.

The only kind of local (and legal) place that I know of is Shoe Creek, near Charoltteville. It's a fire road - not hardcore, but fun.

Drive 5 hours southwest and you'll end up at Uwharrie - a fantastic place to offroad. It's a state park with great trails.

5 hours north will take you to Raush offroad park. Never been there myself.

You can drive on the beach legally in sections of North Carolina if you're looking for a day trip.
