I am currently looking for a set of four WHEEL ADAPTERS :
5 on 4.5" To 5 on 5"​

(5x4.5" Hub to 5x5" Wheels) ​

1986 Jeep Comanche Custom 4X4 ​

Those would be rare as the 5x5" isn't very common. One good thing about converting from one 5-lug pattern to another is that you can often have the wheel flanges redrilled for the new lug pattern.
