Water Leaks from Heat Vents onto my Floor

Lately when ever I wash the Jeep or it rains I have water Leak out of my Heat Vents that are by my feet . How do I stop this problem ?

Could ths be a reason the Blower Motor for the heat stopped working also ?

If Tj's are like Yj's there should be a black rubber tube under the hood on the firewall that is thin and flat at the bottom that drains rainwater. If it is clogged, you get wet feet. Take it off, knock all the crap out of it and replace it. Again, this worked on my YJ and I'm assuming the Tj's are the same or similar.

same thing worked for me... but mine was packed like sausage, and there was no just "knocking it out"... so i just left it off
