What to Do while my transmission is down...?

I have removed my transmission and got the slave cylinder out to be replaced. I have also removed the transfer case. Is there anything that I should do while I have it all disconnected, take advantage of the transmission out of the way? My plan had been to clean up the bell housing, install the new slave cylinder, and then reinstall everything. It looked like there was a leak between the transfer case and transmission so I took those apart thinking there would be a gasket to replace but there was nothing there. Any thoughts would be appreciated. I have attached pictures of what I have done.

while transmissions out be a good time to check and replace rear main seal on eng , yes you would think there would have been a gasket between trans and transfer case on of those , a cardboard one at best , also good time to change clutch cut flywheel throw out bearing ect
