Whats the best alternative to standard 90 weight gear oil

I guess my real question is this: At times, usually after 20 miles of driving, I have a little trouble getting `ole bessy into first gear.(like at a red light) I've heard that there is something called "synchro mesh" fluid or something that sounds like that. Is this an additive or a total change in fluid ? Same goes for the transfer case , is there a

fluid upgrade for it also or should I just stick with what the book calls for.

I drive a `91 YJ 2.5L w/ 31's and a (soon to be) 2" lift. [addsig]

I went with totally synthetic fluids in the t-case, transmission, and diffs from BG. They seem to work great and keep things cooler to.[addsig]

yeah i'd just change all the fluids with some quality stuff. [addsig]
