whats the difference?

hey guys new to the forum as well as to jeeps.
one of my many questions is whats the difference
between the cj, yj, tj, and so on?
any place you can point me to?

Cj- years 1940 ish to 86 -round headlights leaf spring suspension

yj-Years 87-95-little bit bigger wheelbase than the cj square headlights also leaf spring suspension

tj-Years 97-06-round headlights coil spring suspension

jk-Years 07-present-newest model round headlights and coil spring suspension

Obviously there is more differences but just as a rough outline as how to identify.....as for which one to go with it all depends on what your plans for the vehicle are...ie dd ,weekend wheeler
