Does anyone of wheel and tire packages that I can check out for my 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sahara? Something that comes with a set of all-terrain tires. Any recommendations?

Start your search at Quadratec.com or even Tire Rack or Discount Tire. Just select the desired wheel and tire combo...its just money. I got my wheel+tire combo from Tire Rack as they ship to your home all mounted, road-force balanced and ready for action.

Tire rack has a nice simulator of wheel tire packages on your vehicle. Gives a good close approximation.
They don’t have all tires and all wheels to choose from
