I was driving the jeep last weekend. I looked down at the oil pressure gauge and saw that there was only 5 psi of pressure. After the heart attack, I quickly put 5 qrts of oil in (401 V8). The oil pressure went up to 45 and settled around 20-25 when the oil heated up. I changed my plugs and wires this weekend. I inspected them and I'm not burning oil. It nevers leaves puddles on the ground when it's parked over night, and after driving it there is not oil sprayed on the undercarriage of the car. So where did my oil go? From everything I've seen, it doesn'r burn and there are no leaks. The skid plate under the transmission does look a little greasey, but 5 qts of oil?
