Which lift kit?

Well it's been awhile since I posted here but I gotta question for all the Jeep gurus. I just bought an '03 Wrangler and I was wondering what the best lift kit for the $$$ was? I'm wanting to lift it about 3" to 4", enough to clear 33x12.50 if possible. I wanted & looked at the Rubicon Express kits but I dont want to drop that much money on one. I just moved to Iowa and it's not like I'm gonna be crawling it or anything, just a daily driver that I'll hunt out of some...Oh and it'll be in the snow this winter.
For a decent price whats the best lift to get for it that'll still allow it to drive good going down the highway and allow the front end to be aligned so I'm not eating tires up like there's no tomrrow.

I havent really set a budget yet, I was kinda thinking I would start stock piling stuff in the garage until I get my wheels/tires & lift kit...Like I said it wont be a trail rig, it'll just be a daily driver and hunting vehicle but it still has to drive good and not have the death wobble or be super twitchy.

Who makes the Teraflex 3" kit? Got a link to it?

Do I really need the longarm kit on it since it's not really gonna be a trail rig? I'm just going for the look more than performance on this one..Iowa doesnt have much in the way of hills to crawl on anyway, just corn feilds.
I just want it lifted and to drive good down the highway.

On the Basic Teraflex 3" kit that's like $477. would I "need" to go with CV drive shafts or a slip yoke eliminator?

You don't need the longarm, and would simply use 1" spacers to lower the transfer case crossmember to avoid needing a SYE and CV driveshaft.

You lose 1" of ground clearance, but you'll still be 5" higher over stock (under the belly). Those that are worried about ground clearance would spend the jack and get the CV and SYE.

Anybody try the basic 3" kit from Rusty's ??? It's about the same price as the Teraflex 3" basic kit...Just wondering if there was any difference?

I have a buddy who bought from rusty's, lift was ok, once he got all the correct parts, the customer service was horrible, and you better know how to do it yourself, there directions are basicly, "Unbolt tires, install part, put tires back on" useless.
