winch bumpers,tire mount bumpers

I am building my own bumpers for receiver mount winch, front and rear... I am using a trailer spindle for tire/rack swing out on rear...Machined a piece of sched 80 pipe to accept bearing races and seal to have a solid livot point for swing out, but I'm having trouble locating a good latch assy. to lock it to the bumper... I found one on Garvin's website but it 100.00...seems a little high for a latch...Any input would be great .Thanks Ivar

We designed and built several using a simple spring latch from Grangers, we used this design and a 90 degree one with a simple locking block welded to the bumper and the 90 degree latch welded to the swing arm.
