Stock XJ shackles
Slightly used Hidden Hitch 2" receiver for the front of an XJ. I ordered it by mistake, as it is for a 1998 or earlier XJ and I have a 2000.
It is in excellent condition and is the safest and strongest recovery point for an XJ . This is because it pulls against both side rails instead of one (as a tow hook). It also strengthens the unibody's front end.
You can use a ball hitch, D-ring (with tongue), or tow hook(with tongue) with it.
Selling for $80 and I will include shipping to the continental US.
It bolts to the unibody in 6 places using 4 stock bolt holes and 2 that you will need to drill. I'll include the 4 bolts that thread in, but you'll need 2 bolts and nuts for the holes you need to drill. It takes about 30 minutes to install and was pretty easy.
I do not recommend this hitch for a 1999 or newer XJ as it will slightly rub the pitman arm/drag link when the steering is turned left at full lock.
PM or post up if interested.
