Hi:
I have a couple of questions about my 95 YJ. I am very fussy and like everything to work as it should. First my left hand turn signal does not return after making a left hand turn. I have been told this is a common problem and all that needs to be done is to replace the return spring inside the signal housing on the steering column. How do you get at it to replace said spring?
Second, my windshield washer does not work. The pump inside the reservoir works OK but nothing happens when you activate the button on the turn signal arm. Is there a fuse somewhere for this?
