    I would check the battery ground wire were it is bolted to the block. I had this problem and the connection was kind of loose.     The best thing i can suggest is buy all new bolts and nuts,, Must be grade 8. Get a good angle grinder and just start cutting.     I broke 1 Had to drill and I just used a self tapping bolt from autozone. Its holding good, Just use plenty of antiseize on the bolts when you replace them, Also if you have a welder you can change the upper mounts to exept shocks without the crappy T mount.
