How do I take out a bolt witha broken head ??

When I was removing my rear seats, one of my bolts head broke off. I tried using the bolt extractor but had no luck, that's why there is a hole on top. What other tools or ideas are there to take this thing out and replace it? What a normal one should look like. A broken one with a hole

If I get a wrangler, TJ is the one i considered and its good to hear it was a good ride. From what I heard, the xj does not have very large interior, is it true? Also how much of lifting can each of these jeeps handle before and modification/ new parts are needed beside bigger rims and tires?
