You should be able to do just about anything with it . Body work is hard with stick bit like frame and that kind of stuff is pretty simple. Just depends on what you want to do

It runs off of 220 I'm assuming? If it goes up to 400 amps you can run just about anything you want with it. A 1/8th 60 series rod runs between 80-100 amps depending on the person and what you're doin. It should run tig also just switch your polarity. Stick runs electrode positive tig runs...
