'05 model edition

a buddy called me to come look at a '05 he was considering buying. It was badged as an "X", dark green. It had a green sailcloth top (could have been Khaiki and looked more green against the green body), Green fender flares and green Rubicon style sliders. The interior was basically black but had camo seats (not covers). So how much of this is a factory special addition and how much the previous owners creativity.

I saw a Willys today at the cvs. Looked like this one, but without the star on the hood

that's pretty close, no star and no "willys" on the side (this one says "X").

the local dealer is going to wholesale the thing because it's lifted (4 inch) and they cannot warranty it. $12,500.
