not sure of the torque specs, but I think the bolt pattern is 5X4.5, I might be wrong, I'm sure someone else on here'll know.

I really don't know what the owners manual recommends for lug nut torque. I've been tightening mine to 90 ft lbs. for over twenty years with no issues yet. I tighten in two stages and never two lug nuts in a row (same side), I use a cross pattern. Then after a week or so I retighten them again to 90 ft lbs., seems a couple always seem to come loose after some driving.
