2 inch coil spacer lift for 2003 tj

I'm looking to buy my fiance a lift for her wrangler and was wondering what size tires could fit with it and what size rims to have no scrubbing. We offroad very rarely but would still like to see the suspension flex a little without rubbing. thanks

31 10.50 on a 15X7 or 15X8

I have a 2 inch coil spacer lift on my 1997 tj with 31x10.5 on 15x8 rims. I don't have any problems with the tires rubbing.
