2006 Wrangler X TJ Automatic Transmission Shift

When my transmission is cold the second gear shifts hard. Once it warms up, it doesn’t do it. I had the computer reloaded and it will quit for a day or so then start again. The Transmission has been rebuilt by a very reputable company that does only transmissions. Any ideas?

Be sure the correct trans oil is in there. I only had that issue when it got below zero deg F.

I would Flush the transmission if you havent already and make sure and just get the jeep trans fluid. It most like is just due to wear. I had an 01 F-150 that jerked for 80k miles before blowing out, albeit it i was redlining it everychance I could get, something about hearing that big V8 with straightpipes.
