I HAVE A 07 WRANGLER X / SEEMS TO ME THAT THE TRANSFER CASE IS NOISY /I CHANGED ALL FLUIDS AND THE TRANSFER CASE FLUID WAS A REAL LITE PINK COLOR. .. . WHITCH IS JUST TRANSMISSION FLUID. NEVER BEEN IN WATER ! WHAT IS THE DEAL ANY HELP WOULD DO. GOING TO RUN AWHILE THEN CHANGE AGAIN.. ANYBODY ELSE HAVE THIS ISSUE ?:shades:

Sounds like water mixed in with the ATF fluid. The color should be dark red. Check the vent hose from the t.case and make sure it's routed high and the vent cap is in place. Avoid routing it where the A/C drain tube drains the condensation.

Ended up being output bearing changed that smooth as silk .

Just so you know ATF 4 is pink in color!!!
