any put a 203-205 doubler together, or is there any thought's on it, anyone know how strong it is, It seems like it would be alot better T-case setup than an atlas II, just seeing if anyone has any thoughts on it,

Lots of people in my area use them. The biggest benefits are cost as compared to other methods of achieving a lower low range and also having two seperate low ranges. The two downfalls are length and weight. The setup is strong, but I wouldn't say it was stronger than an Atlas.
You could also look at installing a lower gear set in your current transfer case.

I had never heard of a doubler until watching Xtreme 4x4 some time ago. For others who haven't seen a doubler, it's pretty much two transfer cases that are mated together with an adapter. This gives you usually multiple shifting sticks that will allow you to select more speeds than just 4lo, 4hi, and 2hi. The mulitple speeds that the doubler gives you will allow you to go really really slow.

It's a popular swap for guys running full size trucks with big engines and ton or bigger axles. If you do a twin stick conversion on the 205 and have the lever for the 203, You will have 3 levers total.
I prefer the simplicity of having one transfer case where it only has one adapter to leak instead of two.

I am currently building a 231/D300 doubles with the box-4-rocks kit. turns out to be less than $1000 for a three speed T-case.

I got the 300 for free, but the 4:1 is where most of the money went.
