89 Wrangler Front Brake Question

Hay guys - I haven't been online since November. I came down to Florida for a visit on Dec 9th & decided to stay for the winter :shades:. I coming back home May 1st & something I wanted to square away was the brakes on my Wrangler. Mine is an 89 - I look at listings for front rotors and pads & they all seem to say for 1990 & up etc.......... Is there a difference between the 89 & 90's or is it no big thing :?:?

Haha, "Square away" , Get it? YJ "Square Headlights? Eh?, okay so its not that funny. Anyway, if it's not in the application , don't buy it. There's a reason that there's a breakpoint on the year and models. What it is, i don't know but i wouldn't fool around with something that concerns safety. Try this link. The 1990 rotors are not the same size as the 1989.
