89 YJ brake lights + hazards do not work, all other lights do

The brake switch on top of the pedal I thought was the most likely culprit (after checking all fuses) but does not explain why hazards do not work.

Also noticed that if hazards are on, the blinkers stop working. Any thoughts?

Does it blow the fuze when you turn the lights on

Also check the relay in the fuze panel when you use the left or right signal it should make a clicking sound.

Turns out it was a bad fuse that looked like it was good.
