95 yj stalls in rev

Ive done some searches and camt find much got a 95 yj 4cly at that stalls in rev and some turns , i can go from p to r it cuts off from n to r it starts to but stays running . I have changed the iacv and clean the tb any ideas

:???: :scratch: Thoery: If the stalling occurs only when you shift from Park to Reverse and somewhat on Neutral to reverse, then i would look for a problem in the Transmission. possibly a Torque converter thats not allowing much slippage at low RPM. However, since it also occurs sometime when you turn, then there might be an electrical issue. possibly something thats relevant to the Run position of the ignition thats shorting or loosing contact. but then again, if the stalling occurs during a deceleration and making a turn, it could still be the transmission that's causing the problem due to a high pressure in the hydraulic circuit thats not letting off pressure on the clutches. Try to gather up some more symptoms so we can narrow this down. meanwhile, watch this Thread for other members that may have encountered this issue.

Yea if i give it some gas and hit the brake it want stall and the same going from p to r i can keep going .
