.... well, at least the pop part. Front right suspension area has a pop/thunk that happens when starting to move after the Jeepster has been parked, when I turn over a speedbump or unevenness at a driveway, and sometimes when starting from a stop while driving too; mechanic has replaced all bushings, as well as drag link assembly; still popping; any ideas what's going on/solution? Much appreciated.

I had a 99 XJ that sounded like that and it was the track bar bushing. It sounded like my suspension was coming off.

I believe the unit bearing can pop when it's on its way out.
Have the swaybar endlinks been replaced? Control arm bushings?

mine makes some noise as well when going around corners, slowing down, etc. i figured out mine is my sway bar. its probably a combination of the bushings that hold it on and the bushings that connect it to the axle. id check those.
