Atf+4

I just purchased the Valvoline ATF+4 for my jeep. I have read that 1. Valvoline makes many of DC'c fluids, and 2. Valvoline is licensed to make the ATF+4 ajnd meets their spec. Anyone have thoughts on this?

Mobil makes the Mopar branded oils for Dodge Chrysler, I know that for a fact, I'm in that business.
That even includes the 15W40 that is the Mobil Delvac 1300 Super.

Mobil also makes the Mopar ATF Plus 4, Mopar has the rights to the spec and as far as I knew they haven't released it yet.
I wasn't aware that Valvoline introduced a Plus 4. Pennzoil has a Mulitpurpose ATF that they claimed they would back it against the Plus 4 but they couldn't show it in the spec sheet.

Mopar must have just recently release the spec for others to produce it.
I would try and find the Mobil ATF, just my opinion.

Well, I don't know, it sounds like Mopar released the specs for others to produce it.

Is your rig still under warranty?

nope, warranty gone a long time ago. valvoline is a trusted brand though. my concern is if you can mix the two or do a cojmplete flush.

Valvoline is all I use in my jeep the atf+4 and full synthetic
